Mushroom And Chestnut Stuffing For Chicken

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
To make the stuffing:
1. Melt the butter in a big skillet over medium warmth.
