Ingredients
6.5 ounces dried uncured salami or 16 thick slices
5 ounces uncured cooked pancetta or 16 thin slices
9 ounces uncured pepperoni or 32 thin slices
8 ounces fresh mozzarella or 16 balls
Instructions

Start with a slice of salami, then fold a slice of pepperoni, add a folded piece of pancetta, another piece of pepperoni and finally top with a mozzarella ball.

Optional ideas: olives, pickles, veggies

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Recipe Notes

Other option besides Pancetta would be Prosciutto.
