How To Make Loaded Mashed Potatoes

– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
– 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
– 1/4 cup chopped chives

– 1 cup milk
– half of cup butter, melted
– half cup bitter cream
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
– Salt and black pepper to taste

– Shredded cooked rooster
– Pulled pork
– Ground beef, cooked and seasoned

– Diced bell peppers
– Chopped onions

Steps

Make the Mashed Potatoes:

1. Peel and minimize the potatoes into even-sized chunks.

2. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with chilly water.

3. Bring the water to a boil over high warmth, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer till the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

4. Drain the potatoes in a colander and return them to the pot.

5. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or electrical mixer till easy.

6. Add the milk, butter, salt, and pepper to taste.

7. Mash until the potatoes are clean and creamy.

Add the Toppings:

• Dollop a heaping mound of mashed potatoes onto your serving plate.

• Add a generous layer of cheddar cheese and sprinkle with bacon bits.

• Drizzle your favourite gravy or sauce on high.

• If desired, top with fresh chives, green onions, or parsley for garnish.
