Ingredients

1 pound lean floor beef

2 green bell peppers, chopped

– 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

– 1 tablespoon liquid smoke

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon onion powder

– half of teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

In a big bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, green pepper, garlic, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix well to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for at least half-hour, or overnight.
