These 3-ingredient Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus make a delicious side dish or a great addition to your charcuterie platter!
INGREDIENTS
16 asparagus spears, ends snapped off, about 8 oz total
4 slices proscuitto, 2 oz total
olive oil spray
pinch kosher salt
black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice each piece of proscuitto into 4 pieces and wrap each piece around the center of each spear.
