Keto Meatballs

Low carb, gluten free, keto, dairy free, sugar free or just plain old meatballs. Easy to make fairly quick to prepare and everyone loves them.

As I most recently have some time, I was looking on the web a few days ago. Trying to find fresh, fascinating ideas, inspirational meals that I’ve never tasted before, to surprise my family with. Searching for quite some time but could not find lots of interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I stumbled on this scrumptious and easy dessert by accident on Suncakemom. It looked so tempting

on its pic, that required instant actions.

It had been simple enough to imagine how it is made, how it tastes and just how much my husband will love it. Mind you, it is extremely simple to impress the man when it comes to puddings. Anyways, I visited the site and then used the step by step instuctions which were accompanied by nice shots of the operation. It really makes life faster and easier. I could suppose it is a bit of a inconvenience to shoot snap shots in the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you usually have sticky hands thus i really appreciate the effort and time she put in to build this post and recipe conveniently followed.

That being said I’m encouraged to present my very own recipe in the same way. Many thanks for the idea.

I had been tweaking the original mixture to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I can mention that it was a great success. They prized the flavour, the consistency and loved getting a delicacy such as this during a stressful week. They basically demanded lots more, a lot more. Thus the next occasion I’m not going to commit the same miscalculation. I’m gonna twin the quantity to keep them delighted.

Mix all the ingredients together in a big enough bowl.

Form balls out of the meat and spice mixture. Smaller are tastier bigger are easier. Find the golden way around Ø1½” / Ø3.5cm.

Heat oil in a pan deep fryer or preheat the oven to 350° / 180°.

Place the balls into the oil or the oven and take them out when golden brown.

Frying meatballs in oil will get them ready in about 10 minutes while in the oven it takes about 50 min.
