Almond Flour Cookies With Chia Seeds For Fiber

Ingredients

Instructions

To make the chia egg:

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and 3 tablespoons of water.

Let sit for five minutes, or until the chia seeds have absorbed the water and fashioned a gel.

This gel will act as a binder in the cookies, replacing the necessity for eggs.

To make the cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 levels F (175 levels C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
